Bentinho Massaro Music for Zen Meditation is one of your best friends. Zen Meditation music makes the process of relaxing the mind completely just that much easier. Instead of spending all your time trying to relax and get that meditation technique right, you simply relax and listen to a piece of well-researched and professionally designed meditation music.
One of the things I have come to discover is that meditation really is all about relaxation. Complete and utter relaxation. From that state of relaxation one sees with the eyes of natural peace and awareness. Zen aims for this state of utter relaxed lucidity and one of the most effective ways, especially for beginners, is to listen to a well-developed Music for Zen Meditation Program.

Bentinho Massaro I am starting free Awareness Training Program’s (ATP’s) through the forum. These programs will involve those who are willing to do so, to commit themselves for the given time, to discover their awareness in more depth and to make the state of free awareness their primary state of being.
Sometimes we just need a little help from the outside to keep us properly motivated to actually choose to be aware. It is all too easy to just forget and indulge in the gazillion forms of life. Therefore I decided to start these Awareness Training Programs which are free to attend of course.
We then, as a group, participate in this free program, dedicating ourselves and supporting each other in remaining aware as much as possible. To help us make the choice to be aware and to help us become aware of that choice in the first place, as often as is possible, without forcing anything. We share our experiences and support others where possible.
All of this can be done through the free awareness forum. Everyone will get their own topic in which they can update their experience and discoveries. Other’s may reply to you in your topic for support.
I would love to see you participate in these free Training Programs,
Bentinho Massaro. –>

Bentinho Massaro Free Awareness is the title of a new website I started a while back. While the main site is not yet developed, the forum is. I converted the Yoga Mind Control forum to this new address.
www.free-awareness.com/forum is the new location.
What is this new site about? Its subjects and main purpose differs not so much from Yoga Mind Control’s purpose and vision. However, this new website will focus more on immediate enlightenment and freedom of being and less on yoga among other traditions. Basically there are two kinds of paths or teachings:
1: Those bound to cause and effect
2: Those free from cause and effect
Yoga for example, lets you follow consecutive, well-described steps of forming and changing your body and mind. Simply put, it beliefs that it takes time and preparation before one can recognize True Awareness. Most paths follow such a route of many years of purification before they belief you can see your soul.
Those teachings free from cause and effect however, are aiming at making you recognize your awareness in the immediacy of the moment. It bases it’s pathless path on the fact that we are all awareness and we are all capable of being aware. Instead of letting the seeker become aware of form and shape and telling you how to change yourself in order to be worthy to free your awareness, Free Awareness focuses on letting the forms be as they are, embracing the moment as it is and seeing past that. To recognize awareness in all things and occurrences is much more natural to us than you might belief at this time.
So please do pay us a visit at www.free-awareness.com and allow yourself to be who you are and free your awareness immediately. Bit by bit, but starting right now, not after 20 years of chanting or meditating.
Free your Mind!
Love,

Bentinho Massaro Hello Friends, Family and Fellow interested,
In about 2 weeks (17th of January 2008) a friend of mine, my partner and myself will fly towards Delhi, India. From there we will travel to Rishikesh (see landmap right of this post) and start our Journey from there. The Estimated time of our journey is 5-10 months (our visum only allows us to stay 180 days in a row, we will have to make some arrangements or cross the border somewhere in order to ask for a new visum if we desire to stay longer).
We will probably rent a house, or perhaps Swami ji Umesh Yogi (teacher of Yoga and Transcendental Meditation) has already arranged one for us. That way we can have a place of our own to return to and leave our stuff in between journeys, may we have them.
This journey, to me, is the symbolic journey, for the true one that lies within. Self-Discovery, Self awareness and the unfoldment of love are my intentions for this journey; not to see as many places as possible or to taste as much cultural beauty and disgust as I can.
The focus of this journey lies within:
Even though I am sure the outer beauty will impress me more than once and the people will inspire me on a daily basis. I am not rejecting any of that; I will enjoy as it comes to me, but my focus lies on my actual experience, rather than on the objects of my experience. Therefore, also, I do not know if at all, and if so, how often I will update this blog, but I think I’ll leave a message or 2.
——————————–
As the journey comes closer, I am getting more and more excited :).
I wish you dutchies all a good time here in Holland and the rest of you a good time in wherever you may be. I know I will be having a good time in India with my Self, my girlfriend and my mate.
Love & Light,
Bentinho Massaro

Bentinho Massaro Read many quotes taken from the many teachings and lectures given by Osho. His words are sharp and clear and his understanding seems infinite. His knowledge about meditation, yoga and the mind is wide. But most of all, his way of expressing his knowledge is convincing, entertaining and it hookes your mind to his words.
For example, the following quote is included in the following page: Osho Quotes Part 4
“Take hold of your own life. See that the whole existence is celebrating. These trees are not serious, these birds are not serious. The rivers and the oceans are wild, and everywhere there is fun, everywhere there is joy and delight. Watch existence, listen to the existence and become part of it.”
To see all quotes of Osho among quotes of other masters of the Mind like Eckhart Tolle, Krishnamurti and the Buddha, go to:

Bentinho Massaro A gayatri mantra mp3 will be uploaded for free download on the link at the bottom of this post.
OM BHUR BHUVAH SVAH
TAT
SAVITUR VARENYAM
BHARGO DEVASYA DHIMAHI
DHIYO YONAH
PRACHODAYAT
Throughout all levels of creation, there shines the eternal One (Aumm) reality.
May all beings perceive through subtle alignment, this brilliant and enlightened awareness.
When sung out loud, this mantra creates a beautiful sound vibration that fills the minds of the practitioners with bliss, after which follows silence.
A beautiful version specifically created for deep meditation, will be up for download here:
Download Free mp3 Gayatri Mantra
To hear a preview of how beautiful this mantra can be sung, see:
The mp3 version that will appear on Yoga Mind Control will be more pure, raw, meant for deep mantra meditation alone instead of a song like the above version.
The actual gayatri mantra mp3 will be ready for download within the next 2 weeks.

Bentinho Massaro I created two similar pages for Yoga Mind Control. They are already online and they will soon feature a link to download the Gayatri Mantra mp3. The Gayatri Mantra is probably the most populair multi-syllable mantra out there. It has a powerful meaning and vibration to it that makes it extremely suitable for Mantra Meditations.
Here are the two pages that introduce the downloadable mp3:
1: Gayatri Mantra Download
2: Gayatri Mantra mp3
You can also view gayatri mantra videos with sound enabled. So you can just listen to them here:
3: Gayatri Mantra Listen
4: Gayatri Mantra mp3 Anuradha Paudwal version
As soon as I have the audio files finished I will put them online on the two upper links.
If you would like to be notified of this, you are welcome to subscribe to my Monthly Newsletter:

Enjoy,

Bentinho Massaro News on my/our (Dennis, Patty and Bentinho) Journey to India:
Our ticket is bought and received. We will leave Holland halfway through Januari and head for Delhi, by plane ;). Once landed safely in Delhi, we will probably stay in Delhi for a night or 2 and do some essential shopping.
From Delhi we will head for Rishikesh, approximately 400 miles North of Delhi. Rishikesh calls itself the worldcapital of Yoga. There are many ashrams in Rishikesh India that provide yoga training. In these ashrams one can also spend the night while learning yoga and meditation throughout the day as most rishikesh ashrams have have multiple programs running.
We will try to rent a house somewhere in the upper regions of Rishikesh. The lower regions of Rishikesh are the busiest and most crowded ones. The more North one travels, the more serene and meditative Rishikesh becomes.
Once we find ourselves our perfect place to stay, we will spend a couple of weeks getting used to the culture and atmosphere of India in general and Rishikesh in specific. From there on we will decide what to do, where to go, etc. We will probably start a trip through the himalaya and visit ashrams and monestaries in the mountains. I also have the plan to join some serious meditation reatreat programs in or near Rishikesh.
Now we only need to arrange an Indian visum and get our vaccinations.
